About Payment Strategies

This role involves analyzing complex payment systems and developing strategies to enhance payment flows, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Your key responsibilities will include managing payment relationships, optimizing payment processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align payment strategies with broader business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage Global Payment Infrastructure:
    Oversee and optimize payment processing for 1,000+ partners worldwide, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness; eliminate administrative inefficiencies, reduce costs, and ensure security, timeliness, and regulatory compliance in all transactions;
  2. Develop & Execute Payment Growth Strategies:
    Design and implement tailored payment strategies to support regional expansion and business scalability; lead payment strategies for new projects, ensuring optimal operational structuring, financial efficiency, and compliance;
  3. Strategic Relationship & Cash Management:
    Establish and maintain partnerships with financial institutions, including top-tier banks and e-money providers; support operational cash management activities, such as bank account openings, KYC processes, AML compliance, and regulatory inquiries;
Key Qualifications And Skills
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience working in Finance in international companies, banks, Big4, or IT companies;
  2. Strong analytical skills to analyze complex issues and make informed business decisions;
  3. Thorough understanding of payment systems and international business, including cross-border transactions and multi-currency payments;
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage daily routines effectively;
  5. Proficiency in Excel;
  6. English B2+ language proficiency;
Desirable Background

Treasury experience in LatAm, Asia, and EU regions will be a significant advantage.
