We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Programme Planning Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in scheduling and programming, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
The Programme Planning Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing the creation and delivery of accurate monthly programming grids for various channels
- Creating linear programming schedules and inputting the schedules into broadcast software IBMS (full training will be given)
- Monitoring channels' performance and implementing short and long-term initiatives to ensure channels maintain their competitive edge
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in scheduling and programming
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
- A team player with the ability to work effectively on own initiative when required
