Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Katowice. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the supply plan for the central supply chain, preempting issues and deciding on trade-offs in advance.

Key Responsibilities

- Create supply plans to ensure efficient delivery of products to our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities
- Own and manage end-to-end planning processes across all material types and rough-cut capacity planning
- Work closely with production teams, scheduling planners, and executive planners to ensure coordinated execution and effective communication of decisions

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field, preferably in FMCG
- Relevant higher education degree
- Excellent proficiency in English, with strong communication skills
- Ability to drive short-term decisions and arbitration while maintaining a strategic vision
