Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team, where you will work closely with stakeholders to develop insights and drive business decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with experts across staff functions to design, build, and maintain Power BI reports.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our People & Culture data, including processes, systems, and data flows.
  • Representing the People Analytics team towards stakeholders, taking requirements, presenting results, evaluating feedback, and facilitating dialogues.
  • Ensuring data consistency, identifying correlations, and monitoring data flows.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with HR processes and systems.
  • Several years of hands-on experience working with data, ideally applying Analytics & BI tools and services.
  • Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining Power BI reports.
  • A strong understanding of data security and data protection concepts, including GDPR.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and knowledge of project and process management.
