Product Owner Mobile App

At PAYBACK, we're looking for a skilled Product Owner to join our Mobile App team. As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for creating product solutions that delight our customers while meeting business needs.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop product solutions that meet customer needs and business requirements.
  • Work closely with our UX designers to implement new innovative products and iterations of existing products.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Write user stories and guide them through implementation alongside our development teams and QA.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and iterating on product solutions.
Your Profile:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for B2C Products on native Apps (Android, iOS).
  • Experience working with Scrum or Kanban teams and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to comprehend how entire systems function.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance different interests and find solutions.
  • Experience working with international teams and a basic knowledge of the German language.
  • Very good English language skills.
