Linaker Ltd is looking for a skilled Document Verification and Control Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying all documentation received from Job Logic, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

About the Role

The Document Verification and Control Officer will work closely with various departments and external stakeholders to facilitate the collection and verification of required documentation. They will also generate reports summarizing compliance status, including outstanding documents, completion rates, and issues identified.

Main Responsibilities
  • Document Verification: Verify all documentation to ensure it meets regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and track compliance-related documents to ensure timely processing and return.
  • Risk Register Maintenance: Maintain and update the company's risk register by identifying and assessing potential risks and collaborating with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related documents.
  • Reporting: Generate reports summarizing compliance status, including outstanding documents, completion rates, and issues identified.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration, document management, risk management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using job management systems and document management software.
