About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dyspozytor to join our team at FedEx. As a Dyspozytor, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of couriers and subcontractors, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the work of couriers and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery operations
• Monitor and control the flow of incoming orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Assign tasks to couriers and subcontractors as needed
• Ensure the delivery process is running smoothly and on schedule

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent required
