We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have good manual skills, strong communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. A minimum required professional education is necessary, and experience in a manufacturing company is preferred but not required. Knowledge of foreign languages, such as Russian or English, is required, and Polish is a plus.

The Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for performing tasks strictly in accordance with work instructions and specifications. They will identify and report issues related to the product, process, or quality system. The candidate will also inspect and assess the quality of their work, take care of assigned tools and production materials, and maintain production documentation at their workstation.

We offer a competitive salary of 4,300 PLN gross, a performance and availability bonus of up to 750 PLN, and a referral bonus of 400 PLN for recommending a friend. We also provide on-the-job training, accommodation, and transportation to the workplace.
