About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Elevator Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways
  • Perform routine inspections and tests to ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned by senior technicians
  • Assist in the training and development of junior technicians

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field; experience in the elevator industry a plus
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
