We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Performance Engineer to join our Performance Engineering team at Egnyte Poland. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance testing tools and techniques, as well as experience with APM solutions such as New Relic, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace.

As a Senior Test Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing performance testing scenarios, developing tools to measure and monitor performance bottlenecks, and analyzing large volumes of performance data.

You will work closely with Production and Application Engineering teams to ensure the scalability and reliability of our web applications. Your expertise in JVM technology, JVM troubleshooting, and microservice architecture will be essential in this role.
