HSE Specialist

About the Role

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled HSE Engineer to join our team in Szczecin, Poland. As a key member of our HSE department, you will play a strategic role in deploying our Safety Strategy and principles into a Zero-accident culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE support and ensure the execution of our Health, Safety, and Environment procedures.
• Support and communicate with management regarding HSE issues and participate in internal and external audits.
• Contribute to a positive and developing climate in the HSE department.
• Ensure HSE is running according to the demands in the management system.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrections and corrective actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position within HSE in an international work environment.
• Relevant education within HSE.
• Good to high level of knowledge of HSE standards nationally in Poland.
• Communicative English and native Polish required.

Additional Information

Work location: Szczecin, Poland. Travel days: up to days travel mostly within Denmark the first year.
