Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, including complex machine learning models and deep learning techniques.
  • Analyze and process large datasets to uncover valuable insights and trends.
  • Create and deploy end-to-end ML solutions, encompassing data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and evaluation.
  • Identify and solve intricate analytical problems using statistical and mathematical methods.
  • Document analysis processes and research findings to facilitate future project use.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams and business experts to ensure seamless integration and effective communication of results.
  • Support the interpretation of model outcomes and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of applying machine learning techniques to real-world challenges.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and prominent machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Experience in designing and deploying comprehensive ML solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps best practices.
  • A solid understanding of statistics and mathematics and their application to model development and evaluation.
  • The ability to manage substantial, complex datasets and perform tasks such as data wrangling, feature engineering, and model optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the capacity to propose innovative solutions to intricate data challenges.
  • Superior communication skills, enabling the effective presentation of technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision techniques.
  • Addition programming skills in languages like R, SQL, Java, etc.
