Job Title: Clearance Broker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clearance Broker to join our team at FedEx. As a Clearance Broker, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting customs clearance documents for exports and imports, as well as providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit customs clearance documents for exports and imports
• Update and maintain accurate records in our system
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients via phone and email
• Report to management on a regular basis
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and records

Requirements:

• Valid agent's license
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
