Senior Financial Director

HRK S.A. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Director to join their team in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

We are looking for a seasoned financial professional with a strong background in finance management to lead our organization's financial strategy and operations.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in operational finance, with a deep understanding of accounting and controlling principles.

• Manage the finance, accounting, and tax function in the entity/reporting unit.
• P&L & BS responsibility for the entity/reporting unit.
• Business support: communication with main customers and suppliers, group/divisional controlling.
• Perform and manage reporting processes – group and statutory reporting.
• Manage budgeting & forecasting (planning) processes.
• Statutory accounting and tax reporting, including financial statements preparation and submission.
• Manage year-end closing process and audits.
• Managing area of tax compliance, including e.g. transfer pricing documentation, MDR reporting.
• Closed collaboration with internal and external tax advisors.
• Cooperation with Shared Service Center.
• Team management, including employee development.

• University, master's degree in business administration, with focus on finance/accounting/controlling.
• Over 3 years of extensive experience within operational finance.
• Deep knowledge and skills in accounting and controlling.
• Hands-on approach in daily work – readiness to both manage tasks, as well as perform them independently if required.
• Experience with SAP ERP system (especially FI/CO module, SD module will be an asset).
• Proficient in English and Polish.
• Ability to work in modern reality: high workload and informational pressure, manage to execute task with limited resources and within limited time frames.

$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
