RTR Process Specialist Role

The successful candidate will join the Global RTR Leadership Team, reporting to the manager of Record to Report process in Fortum Financial Services, Gdansk, Poland.

Main responsibilities include ensuring efficient, effective, and optimized end-to-end processes through technology and standardization across the organization.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Lead and support process improvement initiatives across RTR processes.
  2. Identify opportunities for RTR process standardization and optimization.
  3. Collaborate with global development and IT teams on integration of overall development roadmap initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize processes across the organization.
  5. Effectively communicate changes in processes and procedures.
  6. Lead change management activities for process enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a finance environment, preferably in RTR in global SSC.
  • Experience in business process re-engineering and/or finance optimization projects' coordination.
  • Qualifications in Continuous Improvement recognized methodology are a plus.
