AI Engineering Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned AI Engineering Manager to join our team at deepsense.ai. As a leading AI solutions provider, we have a track record of delivering tailored AI solutions and professional advisory services to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the effective use of engineering and AI/ML capabilities to meet client needs and deliver successful projects.
  • Manage project performance, anticipate potential risks, and take proactive measures to address them.
  • Exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality projects that meet quality standards.
  • Establish efficient communication among project stakeholders and team members.
  • Identify resource needs and manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs and business models.
  • Manage people effectively and foster a culture of professional excellence and continuous learning.
  • Display readiness to get involved in recruitment and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex software projects.
  • Proven experience working closely with clients and translating their needs into effective technology solutions.
  • Understanding of contemporary technology stacks and familiarity with diverse software solution architectures.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • A genuine interest in AI/ML and a solid understanding of foundational concepts.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
