This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You will be responsible for maintaining project plans and timelines, ensuring CRM updates are accurate and timely, and collaborating with country study managers, nurses, and other clinicians.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate study management activities, including trainings, document reviews, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain project plans and timelines, and ensure CRM updates are accurate and timely.
  • Collaborate with country study managers, nurses, and other clinicians to review progress, resolve issues, and share information.
  • Ensure study documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and lab samples are evaluable.
  • Assist in training new team members and act as a liaison between sponsors, CROs, investigative sites, laboratories, and pharmacies.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research, with demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines and other applicable regulatory standards.
