About the Opportunity

This role is perfect for a seasoned professional seeking a challenge in the dynamic healthcare sector. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage your expertise to inform business decisions, and ensure seamless execution of public affairs initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Countries Landscape: Analyze and evaluate countries' external affairs landscapes, pinpointing policy and regulatory challenges, stakeholder engagement, and Medison's positioning.
  2. Communication Effectiveness: Develop and implement effective communication plans to elevate Medison's brand, enhance local partnerships, and amplify our message.
  3. Relationships Fostering: Cultivate and nurture relationships with governments, regulatory bodies, and industry groups to drive collaborative outcomes.
  4. Crisis Preparedness: Identify potential issues early on, respond promptly to emerging challenges, and mitigate risks through proactive crisis management.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in communication, public affairs, government relations, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Leadership Experience: Experience in a regional or global position is highly desirable.
