We are a dynamic team at Software Mansion, always looking for talented individuals to join us. As a Software Engineer III Level 4, you will be part of our ever-changing projects with short development stages and frequent pivots. We release new technologies quickly and have an open-door policy with our clients.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • An engineering mindset and versatility, as you will need to adapt to various programming languages and technologies.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies: React, React Native, Node.js, Python, Elixir, or Blockchain. If you're new to these areas, don't worry – we value commercial experience and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Excellent English language skills (for daily communication with clients) and Polish language skills (for collaboration with the team).
