Helprise is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the global deployment of Fielo, a leading loyalty and engagement platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic deployment plan that prioritizes user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global deployment of the Fielo loyalty and engagement platform, emphasizing a user-centric approach.
  • Develop and implement a strategic deployment plan that prioritizes user experience.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure effective project progress.
  • Facilitate kick-off sessions and assess the feasibility of deployment across various markets.
  • Prepare and review materials for creating use cases, ensuring a smooth handover to the Market Activation Team.
  • Oversee Fielo deployment projects globally, adapting to market-specific needs and ensuring alignment.
  • Manage internal and external knowledge related to the Fielo platform, including project plans, best practices, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure proper governance of documentation and collaboration via SharePoint.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for the global Fielo community, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Prioritize team tasks to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
  • Provide weekly status updates, monitor project progress, and coordinate follow-ups with teams.
  • Collaborate with the Fielo Supervisor on monthly reports, detailing KPIs, team capacity, and deployment progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing global digital projects, with a focus on user experience.
  • Proven expertise in User Experience (UX), particularly in improving end-user interactions in retail or digital platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize UX over technical engineering, ensuring the Fielo platform is intuitive, easy to use, and engaging for retailers.
  • Passion for enhancing user engagement, with a strong commitment to improving retailer interactions with the Fielo solution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects across multiple global markets.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Big Picture.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Experience in knowledge management and governance using platforms like SharePoint.
  • Leadership skills focused on collaboration and community engagement.
  • Experience in managing KPIs, reporting team performance, and tracking deployment progress.
  • Experience in change management, improving processes and workflows.
