Are you a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer looking for a challenging opportunity to develop complex mechanical systems and projects?

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Poland. This role offers the perfect platform for you to grow and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop assembly processes and automated machines to meet production requirements,
  • Lead key development processes, including design for manufacturability, quotations, and problem-solving for new projects,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve product issues,
  • Act as an automation project team leader for new product development,
  • Develop and optimize module standardization.

We Require:

  • University degree in Automation or Machine Design (preferably in Mechanical Engineering),
  • Proven experience in machine/process development and/or auto equipment development, and/or connector tooling/process debugging experience,
  • Fluency in English (oral and written),
  • Familiarity with 3D design software (e.g., SolidWorks, ProE, NX),
  • Eligibility to work in Poland.
