Key Responsibilities:
  • Sprint Facilitation: As a Scrum of Scrums Master, you will facilitate the Scrum process for our program implementation team, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation among team members.
  • Ticketing System Administration: You will assist the Chief Product Owner in writing and monitoring user stories for the development team, maintaining a clear and up-to-date Program Backlog.
  • Scrum Principles and Practices: As a Scrum @ Scale Expert, you will promote and enforce Scrum principles, preparing documentation to guide teams in their implementation.
  • Consulting and Guidance: You will provide expert consultations to Scrum Masters on the Scrum @ Scale Framework, helping them to navigate its complexities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will coordinate the work of Program Scrum Masters and Scrum Teams, ensuring effective implementation of the Scrum @ Scale framework within our organization.
  • Impediment Management: You will maintain a Program Impediment Log, communicating impediments to stakeholders and working towards their resolution.
  • Progress Communication: You will keep stakeholders informed about program progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with our goals.
Requirements:
  • Scrum Mastery: Proven experience in Scrum facilitation, including sprint planning, backlog management, and daily stand-ups.
