About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team as a Cloud Solutions Architect, focusing on implementing cloud service integrations for services, utilizing cloud-native patterns and practices, and developing new and maintaining existing .NET Core code in C# in a cloud environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Focus on implementing cloud service integrations for services, taking advantage of cloud-native patterns and practices, such as interaction with AWS SDK, AWS Fargate, AWS Lambdas, Global Accelerator, Elastic Load Balancers, IAM, IoT, and Push Notifications.
  2. Continuous evaluation of AWS infrastructure, anticipating, planning, and rolling out updates to ensure continuity of service.
  3. Understanding the cost and usage implications of services developed and running on AWS infrastructure.
  4. Optimizing usage patterns and recommending improvements, including but not limited to AWS quotas, financial costs, idling, and scalability, and services design.
  5. Developing new and maintaining existing .NET Core code in C# in a cloud environment, including ASP.NET Web API and AWS SDKs.

Requirements and Experience:

  • At least five years of professional experience in software development.
  • Recent experience developing software with .NET, C#, and AWS or equivalent.
  • Designing, developing, launching, and maintaining services with tight cloud infrastructure integration.
  • Ideal AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Developer certification or willingness to earn within the first year at NAVBLUE.
  • College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in software engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent communication in English.
