Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled MSSQL Server Developer to join our team at ING.

About the Role

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex database systems using MSSQL Server.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business intelligence solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data warehouses.
  • Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies.

About the Team

Our team operates in three locations: Poland and Netherlands. We support the QRM application from both business and technical perspectives.

The application currently uses over 240 servers based on Windows Server, MSSQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, HPC, and PowerBI. We work directly with business, respond to requirements, and implement solutions.

As a new employee, you will be under the care of a selected experienced employee and have access to wide sources of knowledge and training.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with MSSQL.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Business Intelligence, DAX, SSAS, SSRS, and Azure.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • English language proficiency (B2 level).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of QRM, environment monitoring tools, and programming languages (C#, Python).
  • Experience with orchestration (UAC, Ansible) and IT Security.
  • Willingness to gain experience in TECH or Financial Risk management.
