As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of quality assurance in mechatronic systems and software development at ZF Group.

The estimated salary for this position is between 50,000 - 80,000 EUR per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing Quality Assurance plans for dedicated projects, emphasizing the importance of quality throughout the product lifecycle;
  • Guiding project teams in comprehending, defining, and adhering to established development processes;
  • Assessing process strengths and areas for improvement, actively participating in process enhancement workshops to drive efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Leading issue management, reporting, and tracking internal and external issues according to established processes;
  • Maintaining tailored processes for project-specific needs while ensuring compliance with industry standards;
  • Monitoring and reporting project progress from a Quality standpoint;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in Electronics, Software, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline;
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in quality or software management area;
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes, familiarity in A-SPICE or other reference models as ISO/IEC xx and ISO/IEC;
  • Proficiency in business English, both written and spoken;
