Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Application Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and running Mainframe-based applications, ensuring the stable and uninterrupted operation of products from this environment, working with their agile team as a 2nd line support to resolve any incidents that occur and support cluster for troubleshooting, monitoring systems, supporting product approvals, and executing production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and Running Mainframe-Based Applications:
  • Ensuring Stable and Uninterrupted Operation of Products:
  • Working with Agile Team as 2nd Line Support:
  • Monitoring Systems and Executing Production Activities:
  • Preparing Reports and Documentation:

Requirements

Candidates should have practical experience in application management of IT systems in enterprise environments.

Candidates should also have good knowledge of IBM Mainframe database and system, and basic knowledge of Service Management/ITIL.

Preferred Technologies: Java, IBM BAW, Oracle, Hive (Data Lake), Cloud.
