This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Desk Resolution Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, managing service desk escalations, and collaborating with Engineering Teams to improve service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage service desk escalations and provide updates to operations managers
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering Managers across multiple regions to ensure timely resolution of escalations
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a service desk incident management role
