  • Support the Commercial Director and the team in their daily activities, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Maintain commercial terms with customers, including prices, rebates, surcharges, accruals, and payment terms, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop complex sales offers that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Prepare detailed price calculations and conduct systematic data checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare bonus calculations and ensure that all commercial terms are followed, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Prepare necessary calculations to participate in tenders and ensure that all commercial terms are met.
  • Produce relevant and required sales statistics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Maintain and control customer indexation and set up different kinds of surcharges, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Validate sales data accuracy, including proper assignment of commercial teams responsible for accounts.
  • Participate actively in the implementation of improvements, driving innovation and excellence within the team.
  • Education at Bachelor's level and 2-3 years' experience in administration, finance, commercial support, or master data.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, with VBA knowledge being an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and strong analytical skills, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills, with a highly structured approach and well-developed organizational skills.
  • Eagerness and ability to learn, with a strong desire to develop and take responsibility for own development.
