We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Card Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business analysis function, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to drive business growth. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Assisting in the preparation of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project plans.
  • Working closely with risk, IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution and regulatory adherence.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new products, services, and technology solutions.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, preferably with an MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CFP). You should have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in credit cards. Strong knowledge of credit card products is essential, along with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and project management software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also required. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in credit cards is necessary, as well as the ability to efficiently communicate in both Polish and English language.
