Contract Negotiator

The Contract Manager plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the company's contractual posture, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, and adherence to TD SYNNEX's policies. This position oversees the review and approval of all contractual documents, providing strategic support to the legal affairs of the organization.

• Manage European Vendor and Customer Agreements, supporting the Eastern Region.
• Utilize sophisticated negotiation skills to direct and control contract negotiations, meeting established milestones and objectives.
• Maintain effective knowledge of company products and service offerings.
• Balance business needs for profitability with ensuring contractual terms and conditions protect the company and minimize risk.
• Support TD SYNNEX's Legal department systems and tools, encouraging their use throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with relevant company employees to draw upon expertise and achieve business objectives.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard contract templates and pre-approved alternative language.
• Participate in global legal services team initiatives, providing input on policies, project work, and implementing directives within the organization.
• Advise on legal aspects of TD SYNNEX's transactional business, utilizing sound legal and business judgment and experience.
• Collaborate with local management team, global legal services team, and outside legal counsel on various matters.
• Participate in cross-regional/global negotiations.

• A previous experience in commercial/corporate/contract law, with an emphasis on commercial buy/sell transactions.
• Qualified legal degree from a certified educational institution or related degree.
• Qualified and admitted to the practice of law in at least one jurisdiction, with qualification/admission in good standing.
• Advanced level of English and Polish, with additional languages desirable.
• Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment, under stress and pressure.
