We are seeking an independent Senior Android Developer to leverage their expertise in building robust mobile applications and deep understanding of modern Android technologies. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain scalable Android applications using MVVM architecture, with hands-on experience in multi-modular design, Navigation Component, Data Binding, and Dependency Injection framework. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing multi-threading tasks efficiently with Coroutines and Work Manager, handling networking tasks using Retrofit and JSON parsing with Moshi, and managing data storage solutions with Room and Data Store for local persistence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining Android applications with MVVM architecture.
  • Utilizing multi-modular design and Navigation Component for efficient app development.
  • Implementing Data Binding for dynamic UI updates and optimizing app performance with Dependency Injection framework.
  • Managing multi-threading tasks with Coroutines and Work Manager.
  • Handling networking tasks using Retrofit and JSON parsing with Moshi.
  • Managing data storage solutions with Room and Data Store.
  • Writing and maintaining unit tests for code reliability and stability.

Requirements:

  • Over 4 years of experience in developing Android applications.
  • Proficiency in Android Studio and strong understanding of MVVM architecture.
  • Familiarity with multi-modular design and experience using Navigation Component.
  • Knowledge of Data Binding and experience with Dependency Injection framework.
  • Experience with Coroutines, Retrofit, and Room.
  • Comfortable writing unit tests using Espresso or JUnit.
  • Expertise in integrating Google Maps and Firebase services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable communicating in English and Polish (minimum B2 level).
