Operations Director

Tenneco is a leading global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of automotive products.

We are seeking a talented Operations Manager to lead our production team in Rybnik, Poland.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
2. Coordinate activities across various departments to maintain efficient production processes.
3. Implement autonomous maintenance programs and make machines available for planned maintenance activities.
4. Manage human resources, including establishing and supervising organizational structures, ensuring safety conditions, and enforcing EHS regulations.
5. Approve production process concepts, procedures, and instructions.
6. Take measures to improve product quality and production processes.
7. Manage allocated funds for operational expenses and analyze deviations.
8. Analyze current production reports and initiate corrective actions.
9. Prepare and evaluate business results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience and expertise as an operations manager.
• Deep knowledge of production management, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Understanding of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
