Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to support our Key Account Managers in delivering exceptional services to our key clients. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project goals are met within the constraints of scope, budget, and timelines.

• Work closely with Key Account Managers to support the operational delivery of services to our key clients.
• Ensure project goals are met within the constraints of scope, budget, and timelines.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor and manage project risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction.
• Generate and analyze project reports to provide insights and recommendations.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate and coordinate with project teams, ensuring they are motivated, well-informed, and working efficiently towards project goals.
• Facilitate effective team meetings, providing clear direction and support to promote a cohesive and productive working environment.
• Act as a bridge between clients and project teams to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and delivered upon.

• At least 3+ years of experience in IT (software development) and substantial experience in project and people management.
• A deep understanding of managing customer expectations, feedback, and escalations.
• A proven track record of delivering multiple high-quality projects to medium and large-sized clients.
• A solid background in IT business management, with experience supporting budget, revenue, margin, and efficiency objectives.
• A passion for achieving top levels of customer satisfaction.
• Extensive experience directly managing technical and cross-functional profiles.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent English proficiency, both in writing and speaking (min. C1 level).
