Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior Business Systems Consultant specializing in SAP eWM and GTS modules. As a key member of our global SAP team, you will contribute to the establishment of our location in Warsaw and shape international collaboration.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading emergency issues resolution processes, ensuring timely and effective communication with senior business leaders.
  • Implementing Service Requests, including standard changes or service activities within agreed employee rights scope.
  • Creating, analyzing, and solving problems under defined terms of service (SLAs).
  • Carrying out support projects, such as EHP, Archiving, technology upgrades, and more.
  • Managing the escalation process for Project Issues, CRs, Incidents, or Service Requests.
  • Providing level 2.3 support, root cause analysis, and issue bundling.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams, both internal and external, to solve problems and improve system solutions.
  • Reviewing existing IT solutions for possible improvements and expanding knowledge in new technologies.
  • Ensuring system solutions are implemented and maintained according to GRC requirements and Sonova policies.
  • Supporting auditor and controller activities, such as FDA and TüV audits.
  • Planning, identifying, and implementing Regression Testing as part of maintenance projects.
  • Supporting system user training and sudden problem-solving during project handovers from implementation to support departments.
  • Participating as an advisor in employee recruitment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in IT engineering (Master, Bachelor, or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of experience in business processes with SAP, including 3+ years in SAP 4/HANA, specifically eWM/TM and GTS modules.
  • Experience with ITIL, focusing on Incident, Problem, Change, and Escalation Management.
  • Implementation expertise for multiple business process changes in SAP and other Business Systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP Standard Functionalities and Custom Development procedures.
  • Knowledge of organizational change and process transformation management.
  • Experience with Agile/DSDM project methodology is an asset.
  • Strong customer focus, teamwork skills, flexibility, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent spoken English skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 5-10% of worktime.
