We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to enforce our quality team's efforts.

About Our Operations Team

As part of the Operations Team, our main goal is to ensure that all quality standards are met. We monitor, analyze, and verify processes and products to guarantee compliance with technical standards, law regulations, and our requirements.

We identify issues by detecting defects or inconsistencies at an early stage, preventing larger problems from arising. We propose corrective actions and process improvements throughout different stages - from raw materials used in production to finished products delivered to the client.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Verifying production readiness in terms of materials and processes after implementation tests are completed.
  • Validating the correct application of production processes after the Batch 0 production series is accepted.
  • Inspecting special-order products and deciding on their acceptance based on established quality standards.
  • Ensuring that finished products meet our quality requirements.
  • Controlling the quality of raw materials for production in accordance with Tylko's standards and making decisions regarding their acceptance or rejection.
  • Verifying factory processes and standards to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Implementing and improving production procedures and processes in collaboration with factory representatives.
  • Providing data for the Quality Book to track and document quality standards.
  • Managing the Golden Sample process, including describing, sealing, sorting, registering, and storing samples.
  • Creating and managing Silver Samples for factories, ensuring proper sealing, registration, and delivery.

To achieve your goals, you will closely cooperate with factories and subcontractors, as well as internal teams (production, logistics, maintenance, sourcing, client service, etc.).

Job Requirements

To work effectively in this role, it is essential that you:

  • Possess a general technological sense and engineering mindset.
  • Have previous experience in the furniture industry (ideally) or other industries with high standards of safety, durability, aesthetics, etc. (e.g., automotive).
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as Ishikawa diagrams, FMEA, and 5 whys.
  • A valid driver's license category B.
  • Full ownership of assigned tasks and remaining focused on achieving goals.
  • Detailed-oriented yet understanding of broader contexts.
  • Ability to cooperate with diverse individuals and maintain good relationships; listening to opinions, gathering information, and seeking optimal solutions for all parties involved.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, capable of understanding data and its underlying context.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proficiency in both Polish and English languages.
  • Open to business trips approximately 3 days per week for onsite visits to production facilities, suppliers, etc., while working in our Warsaw office on remaining days.

Salary: Estimated €55,000-€65,000 per annum based on location and experience.
