Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for our technicians, focusing on offshore wind energy.
  • Collaborate with the Site Training team to create, analyze, implement, book, and monitor training requirements for hundreds of offshore employees and contractors worldwide.
  • Provide technical support to the Site Training department and Construction Site Resources.
  • Proactively communicate with project sites and back-office teams to identify areas suitable for on-site training.
Requirements:
  • Passion for renewable energy and a strong understanding of the importance of leading the change.
  • Background in an operational environment, with experience in training development or delivery, preferably in the wind industry.
  • Motivation by people development and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to navigate a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and analytical approach to work.
  • Fluency in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Prior experience with lifting is considered beneficial.
