Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Tax Professional to join our Tax Disputes and Litigation team.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to high-profile transactions and advisory projects, working closely with our global offices.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide transactional tax advice on M&A, corporate restructurings, and CIT issues.
  2. Draft opinions, legal memoranda, and client advisory materials on tax law matters.
  3. Support clients in tax audits, administrative proceedings, and dispute resolution.
  4. Research tax law developments, including CIT, VAT, and international tax treaties.
  5. Collaborate with M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, and other practice groups on cross-functional matters.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A law degree from a Polish university.
  • 3+ years of experience in tax law, preferably in a law firm or a Big 4 tax practice.
  • Excellent command of Polish and English.
