Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer who will play a crucial role in enhancing our AI initiatives. As an integral member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and testing machine learning models to improve our NLP and NLU capabilities;
  • Collaborating with our MLOps Engineer to ensure seamless model deployment and maintenance;
  • Suggesting innovative enhancements to our AI projects to drive business growth;
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Data Scientist/ML Engineer;
  • Hands-on experience implementing machine learning projects from initial brainstorming to production;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various machine learning algorithms and their applications;
  • Expertise in NLP and NLU, including BERT-based models, GPT, metric learning, and extreme classification approaches;
  • Proficiency in Python and experience working with popular libraries and frameworks;
  • Excellent execution skills, a strong sense of ownership, and effective communication abilities;
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams.
