Job Description:



  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Technology Architect to join our team at the GPC Global Technology Center in Krakow. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure, reliable, scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to ensure seamless design delivery.
  • Keep current with the latest frontend/backend trends and technologies, integrating new ideas to innovate and maintain product competitiveness.
  • Lead, collaborate, and pair with other product team members (engineering, and product management) to create secure, reliable, scalable software solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript/Java code.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases.
  • Actively participate in user testing, incorporating feedback into design revisions to improve user experience.
  • Contribute to our design system, ensuring design consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Guide and act as a resource to other engineers on the team.
  • Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of engineers to develop best-in-class solutions.
  • This job requires 50% coding or coding-related tasks every day.


Requirements:



  • 6+ years' experience working in software development.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading technology teams.
  • Experience with programming languages-Java, JEE, latest features leveraging functional programming.
  • Experience in building cloud-native microservices using Spring Boot or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud computing on at least one of the major providers (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure).
  • Experience across Javascript frontend technologies.
  • Experience working with SAP Hybris, and Commerce tools is a plus.
  • Experience working in complex eCommerce organizations is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
