We invite applications for the role of Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist – On Site Cairo.

This position involves extensive knowledge and understanding of the entire invoice to cash process. Automotive manufacturing background is a plus. SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to all emails/phone queries related to disputed invoice/claims (in Arabic & English).
  • Delivering quality customer service by researching and responding to internal & external partners' inquiries quickly, effectively and expertly.
  • Performing monthly reconciliations to ensure correct customer balances.
  • Researching and analyzing disputes/deductions in ERP.
  • Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/info for dispute/deductions resolutions.
  • Resolving issues/disputes to expedite all cases to avoid any adverse customer impact.
  • Highlighting opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Processing ad-hoc requests in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum years of experience in Accounts receivable.
  2. Problem-solving attitude.
  3. Effective communication in Arabic & English.
  4. Previous experience in Automotive manufacturing/distribution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Identifying process improvement opportunities.
  2. Looking out for automation opportunities.
  3. SOP creation and update.
