We are currently looking for an HR Data & Insight Analyst to join our regional HR team supporting the EMEA business. The successful candidate will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will provide data analysis support to the Regional HR Director and the wider regional leadership team.
About the role:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of finance, sales, and HR data to inform commercial decisions.
- Design and implement an HR data analytics roadmap aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create a quarterly 'HR Health Metrics' data pack highlighting key performance indicators such as hiring, retention, high talent turnover, and pay differentiation.
- Provide data-driven insights to the EMEA HR Senior Leadership team during key decision-making points, including compensation cycles, talent reviews, and balanced scorecard setting.
- Develop a data self-service approach for EMEA HR teams, ensuring timely access to relevant data.
- Design engaging data visualizations to present findings and insights.
- Review and optimize existing Workday dashboards to ensure they meet current needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
