Job Description

As a Lead Corporate Credit Card Administrator at IBM Polska Sp. z o.o., you will be responsible for overseeing the entire credit card administration process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by overseeing the credit card applications and approval process.
    • Perform various business-as-usual processes related to corporate card administration, including monitoring card usage and spending limits to prevent fraud and misuse.
    • Resolve cardholder issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Actively participate in initiatives driving continuous improvement.
  • Client Communication:
    • Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and presenting data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • System Administration:
    • Manage the credit card system, including user access and permissions, as well as resolve any issues concerning corporate card usage and fulfill requests directly from cardholders.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze credit card data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues, preparing regular reports and presentations for clients highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    • Work closely with the bank to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to credit card transactions, processing data in accordance with legal requirements related to personal data protection.
Requirements:
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
