About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Advanced Procurement Solutions Architect to join our client's team. This is a hybrid position that requires working from our Cracow office 1-2 days a week.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and integrating complex IT systems within the procurement domain. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and implementing system upgrades to enhance performance and security within the procurement tech stream.
  • Developing and executing automated testing scripts and managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to ensure the reliability and efficiency of procurement IT systems.
  • Coordinating and managing the orchestration of various IT processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the procurement tech stream.
  • Managing and executing global data refresh processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy across all procurement systems.
  • Configuring and maintaining firewall settings, managing digital certificates, and ensuring secure middleware connectivity for procurement applications.
  • Designing and implementing integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between various procurement systems and applications.
  • Performing triage on IT issues related to procurement systems to prioritize and address them effectively.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to communicate well with technical and non-technical people, and have a deep understanding of business requirements and technology solutions.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with a similar scope of responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing).
  • Experience in delivering large-scale Procurement solutions and tools.
  • Expert knowledge (senior level) of a Procurement platform (Ariba, Zycus, Ivalua, Coupa etc.).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
