Job Description">
  • We are seeking an experienced Digital Innovation Specialist with expertise in MACH architecture to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer & Customer Experience Platform, you will drive the transformation towards a platform-led approach, guiding the implementation of MACH principles and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable digital solutions that meet our business needs. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will enable you to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Responsibilities:">
  1. MACH Architecture Expertise: You will lead the development and implementation of microservices and APIs that adhere to MACH architecture principles, leveraging your programming expertise to create robust solutions.
  2. Transformation Initiatives: Foster and support the transition to a MACH architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements through effective collaboration.
  3. Integration Knowledge: Experience with decentralized, microservices-based integration approaches and various integration patterns will be essential in this role.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features, providing technical guidance throughout the development process.
  5. Code Quality and Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices in software development within the team.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to monitor the performance and reliability of the platform, making recommendations for improvements based on analysis.
  7. Training and Mentorship: Provide mentorship to team members on MACH principles and programming techniques to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  8. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to MACH architecture and cloud solutions.
Requirements:">
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT engineering, software development, or a similar role with a strong focus on MACH architecture and building and maintaining scalable, distributed systems and microservices.
  • Experience with a Design System (e.g., Material Design) and the concept of atomic design.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their deployment practices.
  • Hands-on experience with headless CMS, headless & composable digital commerce, and other MACH-compatible technologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to facilitate seamless deployment and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or software architecture.
