About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - Tech Lead who is passionate about writing code and excited to lead a small team of engineers. This person should embody Servant Leadership and be passionate about empowering their team to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guiding a small team of engineers to develop world-class software.
  • Promoting the company values and culture.
  • Collaborating with the team to plan, build, and deliver software solutions.
  • Refactoring, optimizing, and improving the existing codebase.
  • Using your voice to help shape your own personal growth, your team, the department, and the company.
  • Applying Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles, and best practices.
  • Utilizing software tools such as PHP, Laravel, REST, Git, Vue, and Docker.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
  • Experience with modular systems and enterprise-scale SaaS applications.
  • Strong proficiency in OOP, DDD principles, Design Patterns, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like PHPUnit and testing strategies.
