Content Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to join our customer support team at Lyreco. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management strategies to optimize our knowledge base.

1. Develop a comprehensive content strategy to support customer support goals.

2. Collaborate with the team to create high-quality content that meets customer needs.

3. Monitor the effectiveness of our content and identify areas for improvement.

4. Implement solutions to address identified issues and continuously monitor progress.

5. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments and locations.

6. Promote our knowledge solutions to customers, partners, and stakeholders.

7. Build and maintain a community of knowledge enthusiasts to drive strategy execution and value addition.

8. Ensure employees and customers have access to high-quality content that enhances their experience.

9. Serve as a subject matter expert for knowledge base matters.

1. Bachelor's degree in business or communications.

2. At least three years of experience in knowledge management and content creation in a service environment.

3. Proven success in managing change and driving continuous improvement.

4. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

5. Superb communication and writing skills.

6. Able to host creative sessions with stakeholders and build relationships with diverse groups.

7. Team player with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

8. Proficient in using knowledge base systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Dynamics.

9. Self-starter with a customer-first mentality.

10. Fluent in English.
