For our Client, a multinational food product manufacturer, we are seeking a highly skilled Global R&D Project Lead to drive innovation and growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Initiating, designing, and directing global R&D projects aligned with the business strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and BDM teams to ensure project scope alignment and maximize potential.
  • Managing project plans, prioritizing, and delivering projects on time and in full.
  • Leading technical product and/or process development from idea to market launch.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Developing intellectual property strategies and safeguarding Barry Callebaut's rights.
  • Providing technical expertise to various departments as needed.
  • Supporting Regional R&D teams in project launches.
  • Building relationships with suppliers, institutes, and co-manufacturers to ensure knowledge sharing and service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline, preferably with food industry experience.
  • 2-3 years of relevant R&D experience in the food industry.
  • Project management experience, preferably in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
