Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Cost Optimization Manager to join our team at Snop - Groupe FSD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving cost optimization initiatives and ensuring the company's financial health.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of industrial experience and excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and knowledge of the SAP environment and French language are desirable. Our ideal candidate will also possess good knowledge of English.
Key Responsibilities
The Chief Cost Optimization Manager will oversee end-month closing, reporting, and gap analysis versus budget on the full P&L. This includes controlling production costs, standard costs, sales prices, margins, overheads, and overdue balances. Additionally, the role involves monitoring plant risks and opportunities, assisting local and regional management in identifying performance improvement initiatives, and preparing annual budgets with local and regional teams.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- a minimum of 3 years of industrial experience;
- good knowledge of English;
- proficient knowledge of Excel;
- analytical skills;
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the SAP environment and French language are preferred qualifications for this role.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
