At Tendencys Innovatios, we are seeking an exceptional AML Specialist to join our esteemed Risk & Anti Money Laundering assessment team in MS Operations in Onboarding & AML. This pivotal role involves ensuring a seamless onboarding process for merchants launching new businesses.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Lithuanian (minimum C1) and English (B2), with experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks in a professional, positive, and effective manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in internal product meetings in Lithuanian & English
  • Delivering exceptional service handling customer card applications
  • Solving complex administrative tasks according to offered services and business procedures
  • Risk assessment, AML assessment, and ensuring KYC compliance
  • Controlling and handling ODD and other relevant AML tasks
  • Cultivating excellent customer relationships and providing top-notch communication skills
