About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Structural Repair Mechanic - F-16 Aircraft to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing structural repairs and modifications on F-16 aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with other mechanics and maintenance personnel on aircraft structural modifications, upgrades, and repairs.
  2. Lift and carry parts, tooling, and other awkward items sometimes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  3. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday.
  4. Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately.

Requirements:

  • A&P License desired or proof of specialized aircraft structural repair course completions.
  • Minimum of 5 years aircraft structural repair experience on fighter aircraft; F-16 structural repair experience preferred (other aircraft may be considered).
  • 1-year full time field service in the last 3 years.
  • Experience in reading, comprehending, and interpreting technical documents, including manuals, technical data, and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of the assigned airframe, technical manuals, and publications.
  • Working knowledge of assigned aircraft forms and records and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in the English language.
  • Basic knowledge of various computer applications such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point, and Outlook).
